Cheaply made- buy a heavier duty model- Don't buy!,

This is one of those situations where you get what you pay for! Spend the extra money and buy a heavier duty one! This one vibrates terribly and takes a long time to make a malt! It will not mix it by just putting it in the holder- you must hold the cup and go up and down and all around for a long, long time! I know you have to do this a little bit with any model- but spend the extra money and buy one with two metal disks at the bottom of the mixing stick- vrs. this one has one solid flower shaped plastic one. Also- double check the seller's terms for returns, and beware when buying through an outside party through Amazon- my seller Gallileo would not take it back since it's not damaged or the wrong product so I'm stuck with a piece of crap that doesn't work well. They're solution was to file a false claim through UPS to get my money back---BEWARE! Buying directly through Amazon is safer and I've always had great service- but I've learned to do some research on the secondary...Read more

Cup was the best part of the Deal. The Hand mixer i have that is 30 years old is better.
